2）中华人民****点击查看建设部颁发的施工专业承包建筑装修装饰工程二级或以上资质。
（2）项目负责人应持有中华人民****点击查看建设部颁发的中华人民**国二级或以上注册建造师执业资格证书，注册专业须为建筑工程，并具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未在其他建设工程项目担任项目负责人（以响应文件中提供的加盖单位公章的《项目负责人基本情况表》为准（通过****点击查看**管理委员会网站zjw.****点击查看.cn查询、打印，首次响应文件提交截止时间前7天内打印有效））；
（3）因发生生产安全事故被****点击查看管理部门暂停承接业务且在限制期内的供应商不得参与竞争；

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: Qualification of Grade III or above in general contracting of construction engineering issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China; 2) Qualification of Grade II or above in professional contracting of building decoration and fitment engineering issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China.
(2) The project leader shall hold a practicing qualification certificate of Level II or above registered constructor of the People's Republic of China issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China, with the registered major being construction engineering, and shall have a valid certificate of qualified safety production assessment. Moreover, he/she shall not serve as the project leader in other construction projects (subject to the "Basic Information Form of Project Leader" with the official seal of the unit provided in the response document (inquir
