为采购人提供沪南公路污水总管改扩建工程（工程+前期）竣工决算审价服务，本项目内含三个包件，供应商可对任意包件进行磋商响应，但至多可成交一个包件。如若供应商在多个包件评审中总得分均排名第一，则优先成交靠前包件，靠后包件顺延至总得分排名第二的供应商。

Provide the purchaser with the final settlement and price review service for the completion of the main sewage pipe reconstruction and expansion project (project + early stage) of Hunan Highway. The project includes three packages. The supplier can negotiate and respond to any package, but can close at most one package. If the supplier is ranked first in the total score of multiple package reviews, the first package will be preferentially closed, and the second package will be postponed to the supplier ranked second in the total score.
