顺川路规划为次干道，承载着川沙新镇镇域内六灶片区南北向对外交通的重要功能。然而，其既有道路红线在周邓公**侧断头，进而无法与周祝公路有效衔接。目前该片区的对外交通主要依赖南六公路。随着安置房陆续交付、居民回搬，迫切需要增加贯通干道，增强区域对外通行能力。故拟启动顺川路（周邓公路-周祝公路）道路红线的专项规划编制工作，为后续道路建设项目的顺利实施提供规划支撑。本次工作主要包括专项规划编制（如背景现状调查分析；相关规划等级、功能及方案的研究与编制等）与基本农田占补平衡。

（二）在中介集市报名前1年内存在2次记入一般不良诚信档案行为的；

（三）在中介集市报名前2年内存在1次记入严重不良诚信档案行为的；

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.

（一）参与同一项目采购的不同中介服务机构法定代表人或实际控制人为同一人的；
