Brief Specification Description: The parking spots on Jianzhong No.2 Road around the Green Field Exploration Park, the sidewalks on both sides of Jianzhong Road, and the surrounding greenery will be upgraded and renovated. (For specific quantities and requirements, please refer to the bill of quantities and drawings in the bidding documents.)

合同履约期限：双方完成了相互约定的工作内容后终止。

二、申请人的资格要求

2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers

Policy on encouraging energy conservation: Under the same conditions of technical, service and other indicators, priority shall be given to procuring products included in the national energy-saving product list.
Policy on encouraging environmental protection: Under the same conditions of performance, technical, service and other indicators, priority shall be given to procuring products in the national environmental protection product list.
Implement measures for reserved quotas, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support the development of small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically for procurement from small and medium-sized enterprises. During the evaluation, no price discount preferential treatment shall be applied to products of small and medium-sized enterprise

（4）具有市政公用工程施工总承包资质三级及其以上资质；
（5）安全生产许可证（有效期内）；
（6）投标人拟派项目经理的市政公用工程专业二级（含以上级）注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书；
（7）单位负责人为同一人或者存在直接控股、管理关系的不同供应商，不得参****点击查看政府采购活动；为本项目提供整体设计、规范编制或者项目管理、监理、检测等服务的供应商，不得参加本项目的采购活动。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (branches are not allowed to participate in the bidding activities in their own name for this project);

(4) Possess Grade III or higher qualification for general contracting of municipal public works;

(5) Hold a valid Safety Production License (within the period of validity);

(6) The project manager to be appointed by the bidder must have the qualification of Level II (or higher) registered constructor in the municipal public works specialty and a valid certificate for passing the safety production assessment;

(7) Different suppliers with the same legal representative or in a relationship of direct holding or management shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract; suppliers that provide overall design, specification compilation, or services such as project management, supervision, and testing for this project shall not participate in the procurement activities of this project.
