5、拟派项目负责人具有市政公用工程专业二级及其以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人；
6、业绩要求：无；
7、其他要求：无。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. Not listed as a dishonest executive, a major tax violation and dishonest entity, or a record of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement on the websites of "Credit China" (www.****点击查看.cn) and China government procurement network (www.****点击查看.cn); 2. It must be a legal person organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of China; 3. Possess a Grade 3 or above general contracting qualification for municipal public works construction; 4. Possess a valid work safety license; 5. The proposed project leader should hold a second-level or higher registered constructor professional qualification in municipal public works, possess a valid certificate of qualification for safety production assessment, and not be concurrently serving as the project leader of any other ongoing construction project. 6. Performance requirements: None; 7. Other requirements: None.
